For companies looking for more than $200,000 of third party debt or equity financing for their company, I provide business financing services to locate and help secure financing from reputable sources. 80% of the time my placement activities are based on a performance fee whereby I earn a fee based on an agreed percentage of the funds secured. The other 20% of the time, I charge a combination of monthly retainer and success fee when the financing request is projected to consume a significant amount of time and resources to get into place.
This service also extends to individuals who would like to place loans and make investments in small and medium sized companies.
Business Financing Application Preparation For companies that want to search for capital themselves, but don’t know how to properly assemble and position their financing request, I will work with them to create an application package that they can utilize in their search for capital.
